The rear view mirror fell off my car and I just didnt feel comfortable putting it back on myself. I also knew taking it to the dealer would set me back a couple hundreds. I called AE Auto up and they told me to bring my car in. I was in and out in less than 15. Those guys were friendly and honest. I paid only a couple bucks too. I definitely will be going back there for all my car needs.
Since I started working in Shirley, I have been coming to AE auto service for more than three years. My first flat tire happened at 6 p.m. in the evening. Despite the fact that it was late, the guy did not turn me away. The mechanic fixed the leak immediately after checking it. The second time was when I needed a NYS inspection, which took less than 25 minutes. The third time I rebalance my tires was when I felt slight vibrations. Rather than making me wait, they took care of my car right away. I am so glad that I discovered this shop in Shirley, NY because they offer great customer service and care. Kudos to everyone there, great work attitude, polite and caring.
Alex and his crew are always friendly and honest. When I had a sudden issue with my car, they were quick to get it handled and she's running great now! One of the few mechanics I trust.
